Lawyer Glen Pan is specialized in foreign civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate, real estate and financial M&A, and other fields of practice, and has represented several US-funded and Hong Kong-funded enterprises and their subsidiaries for handling civil and commercial disputes and foreign-related labor disputes in mainland China. Lawyer Pan has also represented Chinese enterprises in commercial disputes with Japan-funded enterprises and Hong Kong-funded enterprises and secured the legal rights and interests for his client. Lawyer Pan has handled a number of real estate M&A, debt restructuring and compliance projects, and provided clients with special legal work such as drafting MOU, investment cooperation agreements, AOA and conducting due diligence.
